Exhibition : Orbise

I was invited, along with a multitude of other exceptional artists, to participate in a series of residencies organized by L’Orbise, a new space dedicated to outsider art. The results of these residencies are presented in a group exhibition: paintings, drawings, papier-mâché, sculptures, textiles… A diversity of techniques and styles in a post-exotic atmosphere to inaugurate L’Orbise.

During the residency, I created a papier-mâché totem; I am also presenting three drawings from the Krystalax serie in the exhibition, plus one drawing on a given theme, taken from a quote by Antoine Volodine in his book Terminus Radieux: The three veterans abandoned the capital, L’Orbise. They fled as far as possible, now on foot, to the outlying provinces, the forbidden zones.
